6. Procedures to be Followed

6.1 Registration

6.2 Presentation

The shortlisted participants will be called for a presentation on designated time and place after scrutiny of all entries by the Assessors. The participants may present their ideas by means of a digital presentation, drawings of plans and elevations, 3D animation with tentative estimated cost and all comprehensive detailing. The maximum time allowed to present their idea is about 30 minutes for each competitor.

Estimate for the works should be based on any Government of India Schedule of rates.

The decision of the Assessors / Appointed Jury will be treated as final and no further requests will be considered in this regards. The Assessors / Jury reserves the right to reject any application received without assigning any reason.

English is the preferred language for presentation, however, presentation in Hindi also would be allowed. The existing site plan of the proposed site is provided at Annexure-I and Annexure-II respectively for reference of the participants. The detailed Building Requirement (i.e. Building programme)  and area statement is enclosed in Annexure-III. (The Annexures can be found in the PDF downloadable file).
