COVID-19 Vaccination Camp @ GU

1. The camp starts from 15^th May, 2021 for a few days.
   

2. The venue of the Camp is AT Seminar Hall, Gauhati University. Sitting arrangement is being made in the PD Seminar Hall.
   

3. Vaccination will be for the age group of people 18 to 44 only. Faculty members, Officers, Employees of Gauhati University and their dependents are entitled for entry in this camp.
   

4. An online Registration Form at Gauhati University website will be live on 15-05-2021 at 11:00 AM for registering to avail the facility from 16th May onwards. A list as per number of jabs to be given next day will be published every preceding evening maintaining serial order of Registration in the portal.
   

5. All are to carry Identity Card like PAN Card, Voter ID Card for necessary verification.
   

6. Limited doses will be given on 15^th May, 21 as informed. As such, on 15^th of May, Vaccine will be given after Registration in a Registration Desk being arranged in the PD Seminar Hall. There will be no online Registration facility for 15^th of May, 2021. Moreover, all are requested not to rush hurriedly on 15^th May, 2021 to avoid overcrowding. The Registration Desk for 15^th May, 2021 will be opened from 8.30 AM to 10:00 A only.
   

7. Vaccination will start at 11 am on 15^th May, 2021.
