Syllabi Components
Each syllabus will be electronically available with a navigation system which will help a student to navigate various components of a syllabus. The essential components of a NEP-enabled syllabus are:
Subject name (such as Physics, Chemistry, Economics etc.)
Course name (aka Paper such as Mathematical Physics, Organic Chemistry, Indian Economy etc.)
Paper code will assigned through an algorithm afterwardsExisting base syllabus (if any)
Course level (refer to UGC's Curricular Framework)
0-99 : Pre-requisite
100-199 : Foundation & Introductory
200-299 : Intermediate-level
300-399 : Higher-level
400-499 : Advanced course
500-599 : First-year Masters-level
600-699 : Second-year Masters-level
700-799 : Doctoral-level
