Please familiarise yourself with the required Syllabus Components by going through the Implementation Guideline (access restricted).

Prepare the syllabus as per the components.

All components are to be indicated while uoloading a syllabus

While uploading, you are requested to upload ONLY the content parts of a syllabus, without any headings, references, and other information.

However, the Theory and Practical / Application parts MUST be indicated distinctly in the syllabus.

The uploading facility is available for subjects for which you can see a button to your left.

To upload a syllabus, the Chairperson of a CCS (usually the Head of the Department) requests an Access Code by clicking the button Get CCS Access Code.
The names and official email addresses of the Heads of the Departments are already available in the utility. So, if there is a change, you are requested kindly inform this by an email to iqac@gauhati.ac.in.

The Chairperson (or the HoD) can make the Access Code available to other members of the CCS for them to upload syllabi.

Once you have an access code, you can now go on to upload a syllabus by cliking the upload button.

The  Access Code is same for all upload portals.
